Who Run Club Is For

Run Club is perfect if you:

  • Are training for a race (or just want to feel better running)

  • Prefer running with a group instead of solo

  • Want a supportive, no-ego environment

  • If you’re nervous about pace—don’t be. We welcome everyone.

Run Club at CrossFit Motion is for anyone who wants to build endurance, improve pace, and stay consistent—without doing it alone. Whether you’re brand new to running or training for your next 5K/10K/half marathon, you’ll get structured runs, coaching tips, and a supportive crew that makes showing up easy.
